Sellars Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Ltd is a Nottingham based team of qualified engineers with over 30 years of experience in commercial air conditioning and refrigeration.
We work with businesses of all sizes across Nottingham and the East Midlands, from small retail units and offices through to hospitals, factories, warehouses and industrial facilities.

Do you work with both commercial and domestic customers?
Yes. The majority of our work is commercial, covering businesses across a wide range of industries, but we also install and service wall mounted air conditioning units for domestic customers.

Are your engineers F-Gas certified?
Yes. All of our engineers are fully F-Gas registered, meaning all refrigerant handling and air conditioning work is carried out legally and in line with current environmental regulations.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. We offer tailored planned preventative maintenance contracts for commercial clients, with scheduled service visits throughout the year to keep your equipment running efficiently and reduce the risk of unexpected breakdowns.

How quickly can you respond to a breakdown?
We aim to respond to breakdown callouts as quickly as possible and carry out repairs on the same visit wherever we can, keeping your downtime to an absolute minimum.

Do you supply & install equipment, or can you work with customer-supplied units?
We can do both. We supply and install equipment from leading manufacturers including Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Fujitsu, and more, but we are also happy to work with customer-supplied units where required.
